Given that we all work across different time zones, this is a highly stressful situation and not healthy long term. People test their own limits and continue or drop out accordingly.
A solution would be to improve the conditions in Novo, so those of us in the fuel business (JP54, D2, D6, Mazut, etc) can get some sleep and have better offers at our disposal. I hope the Russians work to make their port friendlier for fuel business. It would be a positive step and to their financial benefit.
